1. No Return / No Exchange / No Replacement
WEAR IT UP follows a strict no return, no exchange, and no replacement policy.
Once an order is placed and delivered, products cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Size or fitting issues
Color or design preference
Change of mind
Minor color variation due to screen display
Customer placing the wrong order
Delay in delivery
2. Refund Policy – Duplicate Transaction Only
Refunds are not applicable for any order except in case of a duplicate transaction.
A duplicate transaction occurs when:
The customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment gateway error, and
Both payments are successfully credited to WEAR IT UP.
Only the extra/duplicate amount will be refunded.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
Order cancellations
Used or unused products
Incorrect size or color selection
Delays caused by courier partners
Incorrect address or customer unavailability
Failed deliveries due to customer error
4. Refund Request Process for Duplicate Payment only.
To request a refund for a duplicate transaction, please email us at:

Date of transaction
Screenshot of bank/UPI statement showing duplicate deduction
5. Verification & Refund Timeline
Duplicate transactions will be verified with our payment gateway/bank records.
Once verified, the refund will be processed and credited within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
6. Final Authority
The decision of WEAR IT UP regarding verification and approval of duplicate transaction refunds shall be final and binding.
